1. What services do you offer?
We specialize in gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and landscaping for both residential and commercial properties. We also offer environmentally friendly property maintenance services, ensuring your property looks great while minimizing the impact on the environment.

2. How often should I have my Gutters cleaned?
Gutter Cleaning is recommended twice a year. You should clean your gutters in the spring and fall, but more often (potentially quarterly) if you have many trees, especially pine trees, near your home. Adjust your cleaning schedule based on your local environment, such as heavy rainfall areas or heavy tree cover, to prevent costly water damage to your home's foundation, roof, and fascia.

3. What is the difference between power washing and pressure washing?

The main difference is that power washing uses hot water while pressure washing uses cold water. Power washing's heated water is more effective at removing tough stains like grease, mold, and stubborn dirt from hard surfaces like concrete, whereas pressure washing uses cold water and is safer for more delicate surfaces such as wood or vinyl siding

4. Why is preventative maintenance important for my property?

Preventative maintenance is essential for properties as it helps save money avoiding costly emergency repairs. 5. Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children and environmentally friendly?
Yes! We specialize in environmentally friendly property maintenance services. We use eco-friendly products, equipment and techniques, especially in our pressure washing and landscaping services, to protect your property, family, and the environment.

6. Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured and certified in Fall Protection, WHMIS, and First Aid. Our team is led by a Journeyman Roofer, Damper, and Waterproofer with extensive experience. We ensure that all work is done safely and professionally, backed by the proper insurance and certifications.

7. Are you Accredited or part of any local organizations? 

Yes. we are a proud Better Business Bureau Accredited business with an A- rating and a member of the Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade. We also are on the Environment and Natural Resource policy committee with the SWRBOT. You can also find us on Bark, Yellow Pages, and Nextdoor.
